Our Sales Terms & Conditions
- We are pleased to offer an even exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of item. To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reasons not due to our error it is non-returnable.

- Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable. All sale items are final and can not be exchanged or receive store credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Kalais Couture has a limited number of items, often times the items you may have purchased is sold out.
- We will contact you by phone or email if this happens.
- We will always do our very best to fulfill your order.
- Sales Tax is charged for merchandise ordered through Kalais Couture website. Sales tax is based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location in which the merchandise is being shipped.
