We are pleased to offer an even exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt of item. Within the seven days period following a confirmation delivery, customer must contact info@kalaiscouture.com to request an even exchange or store credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s) to Kalais Couture. Your item must in the original packaging, unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Kalais Couture has the right to refuse any item that does not meet these criteria.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It’s advised that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please note: you will be asked to sign for your package.
