Delivery Information

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and pending item availability. During high volume sales, the processing times may be between 4-5 days. Once the order has been verified and processed the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekends.

All orders will be shipped according to the shipping method that was selected during checkout. If customer selects the non-guaranteed option, we cannot guarantee when you will receive your order. The arrival time will be based on the US Postal Service.

If customer selects a guaranteed option, a signature is required for all orders upon delivery. A tracking number will also be emailed to you. Please provide a valid email so that we may send you the tracking information, or contact you in case there is a need for additional information during the verification process. If additional information is required before completing your order, please note your order will be held in processing until we have received your verification.

If no guarantee is selected, customer is 100% responsible for lost or stolen or missing order. No refunds will be issued.

Please consider all shipping or transit times offered to you as only an estimate. Kalais Couture encourage you to take in consideration of possible delays when ordering with us.
